RacingWheels Track Event 17.3.2012:

Dear friends, racers,

We invite all fans of motorsport and the amateur races to the next part of RacingWheels Day happening at Slovakiaring circuit in Orechova Poton.
Don´t hesitate to use the rare chance of unique price and to enjoy great day at the racetrack.
Part of this event is also the real race starting from the signal light.
We have also prepared a very new approach of the whole day. It includes nonstop training during the whole day without any brakes (open pit exit), interruptions or changing of the groups. This also means that the number of participants is short to only 45.

07:00 - 08:00 - Registration
08:00 - 08:30 - Briefing - necessary

08:30 - 12:30 - free rides, trainig

12:30 - 13:30 - Lunch break

13:30 - 14:00 - free rides, trainig

14:00 - 16:00 - RACE

14:00 - 14:20 - Race 1 = 3 racing laps
14:20 - 14:40 - Race 2 = 3 racing laps
14:40 - 15:00 - Race 3 = 3 racing laps
15:00 - 15:20 - Race 4 = 3 racing laps
15:20 - 15:40 - Race 5 = 3 racing laps
15:40 - 16:00 - Race 6 = 3 racing laps

16:00 - 17:30 - free rides, trainig

17:30 - pricing

RACE - 3 laps - start from lights. One warm up lap, after B/W flag one last slow lap for cooling and exit.
1,3,5 - FIRST half of riders by times of 1 lap from morning trainings
2,4,6 - SECOND half of riders by times of 1 lap from morning trainings

Pricelist:

• one car with one driver for whole day (pure 8 hours racing):	140,- €
• additional driver in the same car (administrative fee, training course):	5,- €
• second car with one driver with the same start number:	10,- €
• rent a box for whole day (electricity, water, compressed air):	90,- €

Additional fee for a additional driver in the same car or second car with the same start number can be paid at the event in cash. These drivers are bound by the same rules and conditions as the registered driver. Number of riders for one car is not limited, but with the same starting number can be registered only 2 cars.

 

Warning:
After the on-line registration the starting fee must be paid latest 5.March.

Companies interested in providing their own Race Taxi at this event please contact us beforehand to learn about the conditions for such service.

Free entrance for visitors without cars and drivers with their cars.
Parking fee for other cars in the Slovakiaring 3,- €.

Important notes and rules:
The paid races are valid only for the driver concerned and his/her car, specified in advance! After the payment, your registration is obligatory. No amount of money will be returned, except the case of the official cancellation of the event by organizers.
Every driver and co-driver must take part on the oral instruction and receive the identification armlet. Without the armlet and instruction, no driver and co-driver can enter the race.

Safety instructions:
Every participant has to respect the safety rules and orders.
There is one co-driver allowed in each car. Drivers and co-drivers must always fasten their safety belts and wear the car or motorbike crash helmet.
Each car must have its lights sealed up and its hook installed to enable towing away.
RacingWheels and Slovakiaring reserve the right to banish out any driver, participant and visitor who will not respect the safety rules and orders of organizers. In that case, no money will be paid back.

Insurance and damages:
Neither RacingWheels Team nor M&R Group wil take any responsibility for any damage of the property and/or the health of participants.
Any damage and/or accident and/or collision whatsoever is not covered either by accident car insurance, or by mandatory car insurance!
